Good service, except for a problem with booking the taxi for the return (at the reception they forgot to book the taxi, even though we requested it at 10 in the morning for 4.45 in the afternoon). For the rest, beautiful structure, very well kept, good and varied food (excellent possibility to choose between the various restaurants where to eat), a little small beach, but the lawn behind it with all the plants providing shade is the best.

Wonderful hospitality - we were part of a larger group of 11 people, some of whom had quite strict dietary requirements. Staff went out of their way to meet everyone’s demands and did so with a smile on their faces. Theoklis and Chef Yanis were exceptional. Hotel rooms were well equipped and clean - not super modern, but nonetheless well maintained. The location as a beachfront property and views were stunning. Pool is large enough and the gym & recreational facilities were plentiful.

What a great hotel with amazing staff and the food & drink available is excellent. The only 2 things to watch out for; 1. you need to pre-book the restaurants before you arrive or you won't get in (in peak season) and 2. there are simply not enough sun loungers around the pool. It makes for a bit of a battle to get the beds. Head down to the beach, where there are loads of sun loungers and it's a lot quieter

Fantastic holiday for the whole family - aged 4-74. The hotel was very nice and we loved the typical Greek character of the layout outside winding down like an old Greek town to the fabulous sandy beach shaded on lawns and gardens by amazing natural trees. So natural and enjoyed the cicadas and swifts especially early evening coming down for water from the beach taps. The restaurants were amazing, food excellent, decor in restaurants so stylish and all the staff incredible and so hard-working. Kids Club brilliant and so convenient. Sea water really clear and clean given it was peak season. Rooms nice (not overly luxurious) but very clean and had all amenities. It was being outside we enjoyed most anyway. Views are spectacular

Excellent choice for my wife and myself . First timers in Corfu .Clean rooms and all facilities were immaculate and the view from our balcony was amazing. Food quality was fantastic with plenty of choice and in my view too much so choose carefully otherwise you come back from your holiday with a few kilos extra. Staff were excellent , very friendly and efficient. Activities and entertainment was fantastic , dont miss the Greek dancing evening and the Jazz evening was the highlight for us the Bluebird trio jazz band was unbelievable the voice of the singer was incredible . Plenty of sunloungers available on the beach with the beach bar close by for cocktails and drinks nothing was too much trouble and served with a smile . The beach is about 100m downhill from the main hotel which is fine but to get back its a little steep however there is a car that can take you back . There was so much happening in the hotel that kept us busy so didnt get a chance to explore Corfu. Remember this is a family friendly hotel so there are a lot of families with children so for couples that are not keen on children book your stay at this hotel avoiding school holidays.

We recently spent 10 days at Grecotel Luxme Daphnila Bay, staying in the Dream Villa, and sadly, the experience was far below expectations. The villa had multiple issues: a broken blind, a loose tap, an AC unit held together with tape, an unsafe patio fence, and a broken patio door lock. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. We also didn’t have enough hot water for everyone in our party to shower in the evenings—a problem that took five days to resolve. The buffet food was consistently lukewarm. With around 600 guests at capacity, there were only about 60 sunbeds by the pool, making it nearly impossible to relax without waking up early to reserve one. The beach was beautiful but very narrow—barely the width of a sunbed. Returning from the beach involved a steep 18% incline over 180 meters. While a car was available to assist guests, it was inconsistently operated and poorly communicated. The beach buggy was rarely in use. The gym was small, outdated, and poorly equipped, and the spa also felt tired. The outdoor gym lacked essential equipment, making it largely unusable. The one bright spot was Alexandra, the Guest Relations Manager. She was outstanding—responsive, empathetic, and proactive. Alexandra, thank you for your exceptional support. You are a true asset to the hotel. Overall, the property is in urgent need of refurbishment and better management to deliver the quality experience expected from a luxury resort.
